PrimordialMC features a rich rotation of server events, from competitive PvP battles to community-driven bonuses. All major events take place in the Warzone.

Contents

King of the Hill (KOTH)

A timed capture event where players and guilds compete to rack up control points in the Warzone.

  • Frequency: ~84 hour cycle
  • Location: Warzone
  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Objective: First to 1,000 capture points wins
  • Guild Scoring: Guild members share capture identity and score
  • Rewards: Exclusive weapons, cosmetics, CE books

Keep-Inventory Active: During KOTH, you will not lose items or armor on death. Fight without fear of losing your gear.

Outposts

Three permanent strategic locations in the Warzone that guilds can capture and hold for a steady stream of income.

  • Locations: 3 permanent sites in the Warzone
  • Capture Time: 300 seconds (5 minutes)
  • Income: 10,000 - 60,000 coins per hour (deposited to guild bank)
  • Ownership: Guilds can own and defend outposts
  • Contestable: Outposts can be captured by other guilds at any time

Unique Outpost Benefits

Each outpost grants a distinct bonus to the controlling guild:

  • Village Outpost: Outpost Shop with 3 rotating items (owner-only access)
  • Forest Outpost: +25% XP drops in the Warzone
  • Castle Outpost: +5% PvE damage in the Warzone

Outpost Quartermaster

Controlling an outpost unlocks access to a special Quartermaster shop exclusive to the owning guild.

  • Stock: Military supplies, level-gated (3-6 items)
  • Exclusive Item: Battle Cry Scroll -- a guild-wide PvP buff

Tip: Outposts are the best passive income source for guilds. Coordinate with your members to defend them around the clock.

Envoy Drops

Periodic loot drops that scatter valuable barrels across the Warzone for players to claim.

  • Frequency: Every 6 hours
  • Location: Warzone
  • Duration: 30-minute collection window
  • Spawns: 6+ loot barrels around the Warzone
  • Loot Pools: Common to Legendary tier items
  • Rewards: 1 - 100,000 coins, materials, enchant books, keys

Note: Envoys are an individual event -- loot is not shared with guild members. First come, first served.

Dark Market

A shadowy auction that appears periodically at Spawn, offering rare and exclusive items not available anywhere else.

  • Frequency: Every 10 hours
  • Location: Spawn
  • Format: 5-minute auction, 5 items up for bid
  • Currency: Coins (auction bidding)
  • Command: /darkmarket

Important: The Dark Market is the ONLY way to obtain hostile mob spawners and certain exclusive items. Do not miss it.

World Boss: Overwhelming Ooze

A community-triggered boss that spawns in the Warzone when a hidden server-wide kill counter is reached.

  • Trigger: Community-driven (hidden server-wide kill counter)
  • Location: Warzone
  • HP: 10,000
  • Ranked Rewards: 1st - 3rd place by damage dealt
  • Server-Wide Effect: +25% XP booster after kill

Weekly Boss: Searing Tyrant

A massive boss fight that takes place every Friday evening. The Searing Tyrant is significantly tougher than the World Boss and offers greater rewards.

  • Schedule: Every Friday at 20:00 UTC
  • Location: Warzone
  • HP: 100,000
  • Ranked Rewards: 1st - 5th place by damage dealt
  • Server-Wide Effect: +25% XP booster after kill

  • Mythical Essence (3-20% drop chance)
  • Exclusive cosmetics for top performers

Tip: The Searing Tyrant has 10x the HP of the World Boss. Bring your best gear and coordinate with other players to take it down.

Aether Hour

A community-triggered event that rewards the entire server with boosted XP, bonus drops, and access to exclusive crafting and shops.

  • Trigger: 50 community votes (scaled by online player count)
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Bonuses: +25% XP to all professions, +10% profession material drops
  • Currency: Aether Shards (called "petals")

Aether Shop

During Aether Hour, a rotating curated shop becomes available with exclusive aether materials and special items.

Challenges

3 challenges are selected daily from a pool of 10 quests spanning mining, farming, fishing, combat, and exploring.

The top 3 performers earn exclusive rewards:
